Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War Zombies - Outbreak - How to Get into Ruka Underground Missile Bunker
STEP #1 - RADIOS - The first thing you need to do to start it is get to World Difficulty 3. Once you get to a map on wave 3, find the radios on whichever map you get and match the frequency of the 3 amplifiers:
Radio & Amplifier Locations:
0:01 - Alpine - Steep Grove
3:03 - Duga - SAM Site
5:41 - Golova - Lower Farmstead
8:56 - Ruka - Old Farm
11:51 - Sanatorium - Middle Statue (bottom)
14:27 - Once you do this AND the objective for the map then you can pick up the Beacon Listening Device
15:02 - At the Beacon, you will now have the option to "Call Samantha"
STEP #2 - MONKEYS - There are 4 monkeys located on each map; shooting the monkey with an M next to it will drop "Film Slides" (22:56). Monkey Locations:
15:42 - Alpine
17:11 - Duga
18:48 - Golova
20:17 - Ruka
21:27 - Sanatorium
STEP #3 - PROJECTORS - There is a projector on every map except for Ruka (because the slides tell you to go to Ruka)
22:59 - Sanatorium - Administration
23:29 - Duga - Admin Offices (3rd floor)
24:00 - Golova - Upper Town (Police Station)
24:38 - Alpine - Lodge (2nd Floor near PAP)
STEP #4 - RUKA MISSILE BUNKER - Now when you Warp to the next round it should take you to Ruka where you can run to the objective by the missile area and interact with the lift to go underground (25:00). Once you go underground you will need to go down and across to interact with a machine that will initiate a cutscene (26:30).
