Prerequisite: Generators turned on, Serums, Essence Traps, Floppy Disk
Once you get the 3 names (Sokolov, Brahms, Zhabin) to tell you quotes from the Essence Traps, a Floppy Disc will have popped out of the Essence Trap machine.
Pick it up and take it to the computer seen in the video in the Planning Offices. Interacting with this computer will open the OPD. If you look over at the OPD you will see the door open and an Anomoly appear. You need to then talk to Peck and he will close up his blinds. Ravenoz will then give you a code that opens the locker right next to Peck's window which will give you the Aethermeter when you open it. Right outside is the shovel that you will need to dig up the crystals for the next step.
NOTE: "FULL TOUR" CALLING CARD - Upon opening the OPD you will have traveled around the entire map to unlock the calling card for doing so if you also visited the Dark Aether from the Teddy Bear Bunny easter egg in spawn.
