An older video from 2015 of the first time I ever cut tatami with a pole arm, my Arms & Armor bardiche. This was at my HEMA class, on an extra mat that I bought to use for this during cutting day.

The edge was dull when I got it, however, I got it second hand and it had already seen some use. I put the edge on it for cutting in this video. This thing had a very raw, primal feeling when cutting with it. It was awesome.
