The process that I use to pack my samurai (Japanese) armor, as well as a few optional pieces that you may or may not have as part of your armor.

UPDATE: The wakidate (side brass decorations) are removable on Iron Mountain Armory gashira class kabuto as of April 2021. Mine from 2020 is not. The maedate (front decoration, in the center) is removable on gashira & taisho class; mine is the dragon.
