This is a video showing how I layout and mill a rabbit joint into a newly installed mahogany chine. The rabbit joint is always 90 degrees to the bottom frames. The rabbit joint is needed to receive the inner and outer plys, or the bottom. The inner ply will be 1/4" marine plywood and the outer ply will be 1/2" solid mahogany planking with 3M 5200 between the two.
