CUT MDF FASTER!!! This works on your X Carve, Shapeoko, and other similar machines!
MDF is an awesome material that cuts nice and clean. The standard settings for MDF that are provided from Inventables and Carbide 3D are a little slow for my taste. I speed things up by cutting deeper per pass and slowing the feed rate down a touch.

Router: 1.5
Feed: 35ipm
Plunge: 15imp
DPP: 0.26"

This trick will drop your cut times but close to 80%. This cut in this video went from 19 minutes to 4 minutes!
