Welcome to a new tag video! Something like this hasn't been done in quite some years, i think.

The other day @EnchantedNebula had suggested some ideas for a new editor's tag, featuring questions about editing and music preferences. I was immediately excited about this idea (i love filling out these kinds of questions c:) and she said that i can make my video on it first, so here it is!
Most of the info is already in the video itself, so i hope you all enjoy looking through the answers and have fun doing your own answers if you wish to try this out too!~

Random fun fact: the section in the R&C project shown here, where the lyrics mention iced tea and show a little shaking iced tea glass - that lyric and the vibe it gives is what randomly reminded me that i actually really like iced tea; and thus i proceeded to start to drink it more often again, for a while kdsajhjsa :o

I hope to post a few more small videos before the end of the year ^^

${{ Deaf edit #8 }} Holy crap I actually forgot to reupload the version WITH sound- XD i had accidentally rendered it without sound and then without checking first i just uploaded that one, then i found out that it had no sound but i forgot to replace it HERE XD but oki imma paste back in my description, so yes XD :3 Gonna do a thingy like this again! Ill type my thoughts on what I think the audio will be before i listen :o So I did another deaf edit!~ My bestie sent me another audio and basically gave me the keyword badass :3 also loop but we decided not to loop owo I used Killua and Gojo bc they were the first to come to my mind! owo I tried to draw parallels between them :3 Ill continue after my reactions owo She has told me that theres lyrics, and I imagine the lyrics having the vibe of Dangerous by NEFFEX :o And she also told me that the song is pretty fast, so I tried to use fast effects and overlay some clips owo I feel like maybe the lyrics could have smth to do with power, or strength, or being on top or smth along those lines owo and maybe like a get out of the way vibe if that makes sense kadhadjk owo And I imagine, yea, the sound being a bit glitchy (bc she did point out a glitch in the song to me :o), and fast, and just an intense kind of vibe, sort of owo so yes those are my thoughts :3 Reveal time owo edit: omg this is so cool!!! owo i really like this!!! XD it fits pretty well???? XD she said at one point that one part fits the lyrics and i see what she means now!! XD holy heckie XDD this is indeed badass too!! XD This is so nice, i really like this result, yo XD the lyrics are NOT what i expected owo but this is so cool and fitting too XD ......wait I just took a look at the full song and I dont like the rest of the lyrics at all ;w; but oki owo Oki but now to continue the rest :o I wanted to use Killua and Gojo as I mentioned, and I wanted to use clips in which they continue each others motions, where they have similar vibes, or when they are doing similar things. And I wanted a flow in the action of the scenes ^^ And i feel like I spotted a good scene combination adding the clips for around 0 : 10, bc when i lined them up next to each other and I saw that theyre essentially doing the same pose at the same angle, and i saw that it works, i was like YEEEEEESSSS!! XDD And it got a bit tiring to make this at first bc this was the second edit I was working on yesterday, but I had more energy today! And so I was able to finish it :3 Fixed up some little things I initially didnt really like, and all went well after that ^^ The clips and the speed of the video was a bit of trial and error, but I got something out of it eventually :3 Hmmmmmmm owo yes, and adding the effects themselves went pretty smoothly and quickly owo I think that is all I wanted to say :o So then! I really like the result!! XD The hint my bestie gave me for this one was fast and glitchy and also glitched vocals/mild glitches and i instantly knew id wanna go for this kind of color changing style aksdhskjdahssa owo And I also instantly knew that I wanted to edit with Killua :3 I was a bit worried bc she said that, when playing it back with her listening to the audio on her end, this is gonna be an interesting edit and that didnt sound very positive, so I wasnt sure how much I should try, but!! I did end up putting just a tinge of more effort into this (not much tho), and yes, I really like the result, and holy crap, I really like this song too!!!! owo And the clips I went with actually fit, in a way, I feel c: Tho I feel like I exerted my Killua clip flow effort into this one edit where I didnt even know what the audio was like XD Also I wanna mention that I definitely feel like Im very comfortable with editing deaf edits by this point, it feels exactly like editing a regular edit to me, but just going by the waveforms alone, and trying to form a flow or vibe in the clips themselves from what I assume the song to be like ^^ I dont really feel like putting full effort into these and whatnot, but I am at least comfortable enough to add colorings and overlays, and more bold text effects ^^ Aaand the text effects that I do add, are just my comments, or, as in the case of this video, just me adding lyrics from some of the songs I was listening to while editing this ^^ Im gonna upload my deaf edits in the order I want to, I feel! The first big one felt like even c h o o s i n g a song, oml XD I just couldnt think of what song to use, but I knew I wanted to edit a cute video, with this style of text, specifically, but this was the only song that came to my mind but I was unsure about using it bc the song as a whole (like all of the lyrics) dont exactly fit u s, but neither my best friend, nor Kate (I _vaguely_ asked her for song recommendations XD) could suggest a song for me to use, so I was like ???? alright, time to stick with this! XD From that point I didnt come back to the video for a loooong time. I ended up setting the audio on one day, then I finished the video in two days, but the gap between those points was pretty big. Aaaalmost a month. Anyways, I was kinda low on ideas here, as you mightve read, and Im not particularly happy with how this turned out, mostly bc I feel like its too bright - I dont understand why it looks more bright than how I remember it looking when I first rendered it, but, eh, I obviously cant fix this now. I was also confused about what to do with the ending asdfghjkl XD But nonetheless, I did a thing XD Also I mean the RENDERING process couldve been a little faster, ye? OWO Believe it or not, I got this done in only 3 hours! The reason that I hadnt started making smth earlier was because of school, coming home late and whatnot, and simply not having as much inspiration to edit. However, I recently got sick. So Ive been home for a little while now, and tbh? I feel like...this is life essentially giving me the chance to edit when I felt like I couldnt. I had to take this chance. My first idea for a birthday edit for Sapphy was a Sonic edit with a WAR*HALL. It involved a style similar to, say, my Judai and Aki - VERY Nice edit, but, I scrapped this idea yesterday due to feeling like it wouldnt be good enough, or would be boring. As I was making that edit, I was listening to this song here, and it was then, that it hit me, that I could try to make an edit with Batman media. Ive never edited with this media before, and perhaps, thats exactly the fact that helped me edit - the fact that this is something new. The clips were all downloaded from YT, as I couldnt seem to find another download for the cutscenes, and I wanted to make this download process quick. Thankfully, it was, thanks to my internet being fast. Then, when it came to editing, I was a little scared that I wouldnt like the result, but that thought quickly changed. The coloring you see here, I made yesterday, while simply experimenting. It wasnt even made for this video - I had tested this thing out on FFXV clips. Its also heavily inspired by a coloring in one of seravhes edits! Speaking of being inspired - the typography here is also heavily inspired by another one of seravhes edits. This was also the first time I had tried out the Universe plugin in an actual edit. I seriously like this plugin! I mean, a VHS effect and a glitch effect without having to do extra work? Im sold XD Anyways, editing this was super quick, as I had a lot of inspo. It was also very fun! Im surprised I could put this much effort into a project made this late, and this quickly. Honestly, Im very happy with this whole result ^^ Im aaaalso super happy about the fact that this only took 5 minutes and 45 seconds to render! Even less than my previous edit took. So then!
