The Germans take their sausages very seriously. That is why they built a full scale museum dedicated to the Currywurst, one of the many national sausage dishes.

A cut sausage without skin covered in tomato sauce and curry. Usually eaten with a bun or french fries. Absolutely delicious, but perhaps not as healthy as you'd hope.
