1.) Identify and decode a ROT13/Caesar cipher using contextual clues and CyberChef
2.) Decrypt a Vigenère cipher by finding the correct key from the provided evidence
3.) Analyze a SAM-style credential dump, identify NTLM hashes, and recover a password using John the Ripper
Along the way, you'll see why understanding the evidence in front of you can be just as important as knowing which tool to use.
