Chicken fingers are standard fare for nearly every fast food place at this point, but one of the only hold outs has always been Taco Bell... that is, until recently. That's right, in Houston and Dayton right now, they're testing "Crispy Tortilla Chicken," chicken tenders marinated in jalapeno buttermilk, then rolled in crunchy tortilla chip coating. For those who find themselves in one of the two cities where it's available, the strips are available on their own or in a soft taco, with tomatoes, cheese, lettuce and avocado ranch. As if that's not enough to pique your interest, they're also testing a new creamy chili pepper sauce to pair with the chicken. How does everything taste? Is a national release imminent?
