The train is leaving CSX's Ex-B&O Toledo Subdivision and entering Norfolk Southern's Ex-Pennsylvania (PC/Conrail/Norfolk & Western) "Panhandle" Route to Winton Place (Cincinnati) where it will rejoin CSX tracks. The route between Butler Street and Winton Place is jointly operated by CSX and NS to improve traffic flow. Southbound trains use NS tracks while northbounds use CSX.
