PLAN: Cast On with all cylinder needles loaded | Ravel Cord (optional) | Knit 1.5 rows | Add Ribber - change to 1Px1K | Knit 40 rows 1Px1K | SETUP for DEEP HEEL - Swap first five needles behind halfway points to cylinder needles | Change 1Px1K to 1Px3K | Remove all Ribber needles from the Pre-Heel/Heel side |Park Ribber (Remove) | Hang Ribbed Cuff Hem | Return Ribber to work Pre-Heel | Pre-Heel 10 rows | Park Ribber & Rest (remove) DEEP HEEL +4 No Wrap Method | Return Ribber to work Foot | Foot 59 rows | Change out all remaining Ribber needles for Cylinder | Work final Foot row | Park Ribber (Remove) | Toe using No Wrap Method | Ravel Cord (optional) | Scrap yarn

56:41 - Trick on knowing whether you moved the needle or not before getting distracted
58:00 - Deep Heel Increase using the No Wrap Method working until 3 needles behind halfway marks.
1:02 - Returning the Ribber back to the machine
1:04 - Start working the Foot of 60 rows (stopping at 59 rows for now)
1:05 - Transfer all Ribber needles stitches to Cylinder needles and work last row (and why). Remove the Ribber
1:06 - Raise all the back needles from the half way point in preparation to starting the Toe Decrease, working to one needle before the marks
1:08 - Toe Increase using the No Wrap Method, working until the all the needles ahead of the 9 o'clock position are down.
1:13 - Move the yarn carrier to the cylinder needle just before 3 o'clock. We are now done with the project sock yarn. Now to switch to scrap yarn.
1:14 - Add helpful stitch markers on each side of the halfway marks to make Kitchenering easier later - no stitches left behind. Also discussing how to setup for a second sock and why I add as much scrap or secondary scrap between sock projects.
