This C++ SDL2 physics based 2D rpg platformer for beginners tutorial will show you how to make a game in C++. The game play is going to be physics based 2D platforming, and we'll go over things like proper intergration and time stepping, realistic collision detection, friction, restitution, and much more. The genre is going to be a RPG story driven game, but that's really up to you, of how you want to design your game. This C++ beginner friendly tutorial will teach you much of C++, and simultaneously teach Physics and Calculus concepts, which we will integrate into our 2D game.
