Akkhan Crusader is the starter set for Season 30 Diablo 3 and it offers a massively powerful build out of the box with very few modifiers needed. GR120 to GR125 solo speeds is very possible
Soul Shards Return in Diablo 3 Season 30. This will be a crazy strong season with greater rift 150 cleared on multiple classes and builds in the opening weekend and almost every set/build in the game will be 150 viable.
