Diablo 3 season 34 Light's Calling has started and there will be some insane builds. One of the fastest is the Sanctified Fist of Heavens Crusader that uses the Aegis of Valor set. Crushes GR110-125 speeds, T16 and can do Greater Rift Tier 150.

I decided Wreath of Lightening gem is probably about as useful as the fear rings for T16
