Hey there! In this video, we play through the edutainment game Crosscountry USA for the Apple 2 (or Cross Country depending on the version)! This game puts you in the shoes of a 80s truck driver, trying to pick up and deliver loads across the USA while managing your health. Unlike the PC version, this one uses a parser to input your actions. Because of that, there's a lot of cool little details and hidden actions that make this stand out and make it my favorite version rather than the updated versions that came out later.
This video is not a complete walkthrough but rather a playthrough as there are too many random variables in how the game is played such as commodities, locations, etc. However, it will give you a sense of how the game is played and how to beat it yourself.
