jackofallspades98 | Criticizing the Critic: StickTrickDominoDude Contest Entry @jackofallspades98 | Uploaded 9 years ago | Updated 1 hour ago
This is actually the first contest entry I have ever made, and when I saw this contest, I immediately wanted to join. In honor of his enormous success with his Domino Critic series, StickTrickDominoDude asked us to do the same kind of criticism to him. I have come up with four main points to talk about, and I hope the tips are helpful. I made this video unlike my other videos where I talk to the camera, because this time, I did it freestyle. Because of this, I may have come across as being a little harsh, and I probably rambled on a little too much. If I was too harsh, I am truly sorry, I did not mean to be so harsh. I think you know this, but your channel is great, and you consistently make high quality content. Anyway, I hope I win the contest, and I hope you find these tips helpful!
Here are the tips in words, and the times at which I begin talking about each:
1. Get rid of the short domino lines connecting elements (2:34)
2. Make more themed machines (4:50)
3. Activate custom thumbnails for your videos (7:05)
4. Don't edit out fails (10:06)
Stay tuned for more Rube Goldberg machines, tutorials, LEGO time lapse builds, and other awesome stuff! I upload whenever I get around to making a video. I try to average about 4 videos a month.
