Starting Chapter 4. After Zack and Sephiroth discover notes about a genetic experiment that created Genesis, Project G, Zack tries to corner Professor Hollander and get more information from him. Angeal arrives and reveals that he has a single angel wing just like Genesis, referring himself to a monster. Though Zack attempts to dissuade him, Angeal attacks him and breaks the metal grate at his feet, sending our hero tumbling down into the slums of Sector 5. There, in a familiar scene, Zack meets Aerith Gainsborough, the last remaining Ancient on the planet.
