This is the game where Kingdom Hearts officially became an overly convoluted soap opera. This is also where the series started to jump from console to handheld and most people didn't want to bother with buying new hardware for a single entry to the series. Thankfully, Square Enix was gracious enough to give us the PS4 collections; but that didn't change the fact that Kingdom Hearts would never be simple again.
