$Rueda de Prensa Supervivientes y familias excluidas de la investigación, víctimas no identificadas, legitimación del uso de material antidisturbios contra personas en peligro en el mar, denegación arbitraria de las mínimas diligencias encaminadas a esclarecer lo ocurrido y depurar las responsabilidades oportunas: 10 años después de los hechos, las víctimas de El Tarajal siguen sin obtener justicia. Ludovic N. tenía 15 años cuando fue víctima de la brutal intervención de la Guardia Civil el 6 de febrero de 2014 en la playa de El Tarajal de Ceuta, al igual que cientos de sus compañeros de viaje. Al menos 15 de ellos murieron aquel día. Desde Alemania, donde reside, lucha desde 2015 para que su caso no caiga en el olvido. Ante el fracaso de la investigación llevada a cabo por los tribunales españoles, ahora exige justicia ante el Comité de la ONU contra la Tortura, desafiando así las políticas fronterizas asesinas de Europa, la impunidad de la Guardia Civil en la frontera sur española y el desprecio absoluto por las vidas de las personas negras. Para ello, cuenta con el apoyo del European Center for Constitutional and Human Rights (ECCHR) y el abogado Carsten Gericke, quién le representa en esta queja.
