On today's adventure into the Appalachian mountain region of east Tennessee, we're heading out on the hunt for some of the creepiest mountain dwelling creatures you can come across! Most of the hazards in this region come in the form of sheer cliffsides or timber rattlesnakes, but I wouldn't pass up the arachnids that call these mountains home! Not only is this region filled to the brim with spiders, but the mountains are home to devilish creature.... the devil scorpion! Being the only scorpion species found in the Appalachians, this scorpion has quite the reputation, but does that reputation match the creature? Lets go find out!
