And at long last, we're at the credits. Such a beautiful rendition of the title track, and a very graceful tribute to all the adventures you had... or at least, I know I had. This game means a great deal to me. If I hadn't picked this up at random at a local Big Lots store in the discount bin(!!) I would've missed out on this gem of a licensed game.
I have a lot of memories playing this game with my older cousin. She used to live with me and my parents for a while, I can't remember why, I just remember being so excited for her to live with us (until she was like having a big sister, lol, I hated it then) but she was so much fun to hang out with. She was super patient with video games too, and didn't fear anything in them. She was the reason I even beat the game at all! I used to watch her clear all the hardest parts, beat the game... it was so great.
... And now she's in her 30s, with two kids, and I'm 23 years old, and we've both got jobs and responsibilities...
I really miss those days!! Days spent playing this game, Lego Indiana Jones, watching Chowder and other cartoons on the TV with her and my dad. What I would give to be 8 years old again!
My file name was RIM, for the record. RIM as in the rims of a pair of sunglasses. Coupled with my cousin being able to beat this game so easily, the name also made it seem like such a cool kid's save file, haha.
