Get those creative juices flowing with author Yassmin Abdel-Magied, the writer of You Must Be Layla. Yassmin will be reading her short story, Kandaka, from the Puffin Book of Big Dreams and then setting you a creative writing challenge.
All you need is a paper and pen (or a computer!) and your incredible, out-of-this-world imagination!
Puffin Dreamer Challenge: Yassmin sets you two challenges. The first is to think about where you would go in your magical Jalabeeya and the second is to find out more about your family history. Which will you choose to do? Can't decide, well then, let your imagination run wild and do both.
