Meteorologists only show these hurricanes after they are already formed, but the tremendous and ridiculous amount of deliberate effort and Water Vapor fueling to create them is what people really need to see.
These constant bursts of Water Vapor to feed the collapsed Water Cycle are happening constantly anyway, but in the “Hurricane Creation Zones,” you can really see the desperate effort clearly. As I say frequently, there are no altruistic reasons for creating hurricanes, but as you can see with your own eyes – developing and exercising the ability to do so, is and obvious priority. Since destruction is only possible result from creating these hurricanes, the continuous effort to create them – speaks for itself.
