Media / Tech failure is incalculable. 8 years of denial and obliviousness has allowed a dozen countries (including the United States) to be toppled by weaponized fake news, has allowed factless Social Media to become New source for 62% of U.S., and rendered themselves impotent.
I’m hardly naïve, but even I didn’t think this “Rigged Election” operation would actually result in the simulated election of Donald Trump. After setting this country back to the 1800 and placing and the entire world in uncertain peril, mainstream media has finally noticed that methodical fake news propagation is not only a huge and growing problem, it cost this country the 2016 election… and abruptly halted any evolution.
While the media ignored country after country in the Middle East falling to fabricated news and false claims on Social Media (and the sophisticated development of this operation to organize and control “protests” and ‘uprisings”), the size and scope of the operation exponentially grew. “Peaceful Protest” (the cover story and slogan for these dual-purpose events) is all we ever heard from the so-called media. Nothing but cheerleading “people fighting for their freedom,” while ignoring State Sponsored Regime Change Operations wreaking havoc, destruction, and terrorism in their wake – all over the Middle East.
Media still said nothing, as these operations began spreading across Europe. So-called “Peaceful Protests” invariably turned into violent uprisings and riots time after time. Media said nothing when the same fake news barrage and fomenting of Neo-Nazi hate caused the fall of the Ukraine. The only thing they reported on is what the perpetrators wanted them to report on; that being vilifying Russia for seeing the destabilizing operation for what it was, and for taking military action to contain it.
Media said nothing, as a barrage of fake news and fake social media support organized and successfully executed the “Brexit” EU destabilization Operation, that has put the UK in state of confusion and uncertainty.
Now, after 8 years of systemic fomenting of rekindled Confederate racist hate, after 8 years of Nationwide voter disenfranchisement action, after 8 years of methodically taking over “Social Media Consensus” with and enormous population of fake (sock) Social Media accounts (i.e. only 317 million Twitter users, but 1.3 Billion Twitter user accounts), after 8 years of taking over the American consciousness with endless fake news, and now that reality and the will of this country has literally been turned upside down, the ‘media’ (so-called fourth estate) has gotten around to noticing – that “fake news” has an impact… and might be worth investigating.
