Larry Tobin, Executive Director of the Shapiro Foundation. The Shapiro Foundation serves the world's most vulnerable population: The more than 75 million refugees, internally displaced people and asylum-seekers. Our Foundation is particularly focused on increasing community-based resettlement opportunities for displaced people. It has been working with Welcome NST, which has helped displaced people from Afghanistan and Ukraine and placed people here in Utah.
