We’re inviting creators, listeners, and music lovers from all over the world to curate a mixtape of 3–10 recordings from the Singing Wells YouTube archive.
Each mixtape should tell a story through its sound — through your chosen songs, the groups you highlight, and the emotions or messages you piece together.
We want to know: What inspired your selections? What do these songs say when played together?
What we need you to do: Submit your mixtape with either a short video or written reflection.
Selected submissions will be featured every Monday across our channels as part of the Mixtape Mondays series — celebrating the voices, rhythms, and legacies of East African music.
