Create this Color Echo Effect in Photoshop!
Add your image, remove the background, and convert it into a Smart Object.
Duplicate the layer several times - 3 to 6. Keep the original on top, and leave only one RGB channel visible on each copy.
Offset the layers and add Motion Blur to each one.
Apply Reticulation, Film Grain, then finish with extra grain, textures, and a Saturation adjustment.
For more depth, blend the original layer using a mask.
