Create a RubyGem 101: Retro on Version 0.5.0 and Patch Releases  @StatelessCode

At regular intervals, the team (even a team of one) reflects on how to become more effective, then tunes and adjusts its behavior accordingly...

Our poor NerdDice RubyGem had set neglected, not even having a valid gem signing certificate for over a year. It was in need of a little tender loving care and finally got it.

In this retrospective we look back over the videos that contributed to the five .gem version releases we published in the previous video.

In terms of existing action items, we had a really productive interval since our last chronological retro with five getting moved into the done column.

As always with our retros we try to have a little fun.
