After taking a more serious tack with the past couple of Agentforce videos, we try to have a little fun and see how far we can take Agentforce in the direction of impersonating beloved Sesame Street character Cookie Monster. This is an interesting test of what Agentforce can do for several reasons:
- Cookie Monster has a particular way of talking with incorrect grammar
- Cookie Monster will do anything to try and get cookies
- "Cookie Acquisition" is an unusual use case for an agent so it might help us find some of the edge cases where we might run afoul of the Einstein Trust Layer
In the end, our Cookie Monster agent has mixed results. We could spend more time iterating on it or use an org where Data 360 is installed to help with Retrieval Augmented Generation, but Salesforce clearly did not design Agentforce with Cookie Monster impersonation in mind.
