Creamy Salmon Leek Pasta Recipe
Ok, ok I hear you, I know your Guys want more pasta recipes. Well, that’s ok with me, so here it is one of my favorites with salmon.
I just love this recipe because “I love cream “and when blended into with the salmon oil that it gives off just makes this an awesome dish.
Just remember a few techniques when making this dish. 1) Do not overcook the salmon for it will become hard and chewy. 2) Make sure that you use enough cream to make a smooth liquidly sauce that will blend into the pasta perfectly. You can achieve this by adding milk to the sauce and/or add some water from the pasta water because this contains starches from the pasta and it will act as a thicker. 3) Serve right-a-way when you are done cooking for if you wait too long the cream will be sucked into the pasta and it will be a soggy mess.
I hope that you enjoy the salmon leek dish, Please do not forget to subscribe and leave me a comment on what did you do anything extra to this dish.
