This very convenient master mix from USU Extension Office is just the thing to have on our pantry shelves ready for an instant cup of warm and delicious soup on chilly days. The mix was so easy to put together and you just add water and a pat of butter to heat. We found it to be quite thick and are now adding half the called for amount of mix to the water making it just the way we like it.
