We're getting serious now, and this is only the beginning, we're looking for the best techniques to achieve the ultimate bond for our 3D prints. Bonding ABS has always been a struggle, it is less of a problem these days for me, but it still causes me some problems and if you're looking for that perfect part which hasn't warped, good luck, it is a tough material to achieve that kind of accuracy.

This video is intended on being one of many in a cooperative series which pulls information from you guys as well to dial in the best methods of bonding in order to avoid these warpages and failures due to poor bonding to the build-plate
A quick note about PLA; my first print not only did not warp, I just could not remove it from the build-plate when using glue stick and a 60C heated bed. This was for a print about 1" SQ at the base. In order to remove it, I needed to heat the bed and let it cool several times. A knife was used to pry it off. I have the opposite problem with PLA so glass may not be the best for PLA.
