For the last month, everyone in the community was helping to make this possible.

This mod can be installed via Crate Mod Loader. To install, copy the zip file (don’t extract the contents) into the “mods” folder that is in the directory where CML installed. Then open CML, select the NTSC version of Crash Team Racing, then hit the checkbox for Crash Ball, and it will build a patched ISO.

Note: It works with four controllers and on real console.

Niko is building a mod SDK, that let's us build mods by writing C code (no assembly or binary).

The SDK is not ready for release, so nobody can compile that code except for us, but we hope it gives an idea of what the SDK will look like. Currently, we can write any C code as long as the overlay is 5564 bytes or smaller.
