Most of the differences here are background stuff and enemy placements. The two scaffoldings at 0:20 were removed in the final version. There are no birds. The most notable difference in the time trial, other than the usual lack of time boxes is that the timer does not stop when you land at the final platform.

Weve had some easy battles lately, but this is where it starts getting nasty again. I start with Hades to inflict Poison and Slow. Tifa acts as a tank, with the Ziedrich, Touph Ring, Cover and Magic Counter=Restore. Vincent will take care of the rest of the damage. Chaos doesnt increase his HP, but its rare that I get to use it in challenges, so I gotta take the opportunity. Usually, this is the hardest battle in the return to Midgar, but this time its actually the easiest.

Red has the Gigas Armlet, Power Wrist and Elemental=Earth in his weapon for maximum damage. Hes also got Added Effect=Time to inflict Slow, which will allow him to get two turns between hers. Everyone can only survive one attack each, so theres obviously some luck involved here. She actually had less than 50 HP left before the final attack, so its not as close as it may seem.

Hes not completely harmless. Attacks from an element youre not protected against really hurt. Of course, I could just set up one character to be protected against all three, but I decided to at least give him a chance.
