Here’s an original of mine for those of you wanting a fun and tasty drink before summer’s out.

THE COYOTE SWIZZLE
1 oz (30 ml) Del Maguey Vida Mezcal
1 oz (30 ml) Campari
1 oz (30 ml) passion fruit syrup*
1 oz (30 ml) fresh lime juice
Cocktail umbrella for garnish

*PASSION FRUIT SYRUP
14 oz. (397g) frozen passion fruit pulp
2.5 cups (600g) granulated sugar
In a medium sauce pan, combine passion fruit pulp and sugar. Stir over low heat until sugar is completely dissolved. Remove from heat and let cool.
