Rising water cut off parts of Coxsackie and rescue crews helped a woman, her granddaughter as well as two pets from a home surrounded by flooding on Wednesday, July 29.
The village mayor said there were currently no real entrances into Coxsackie. He also said he was at a pump-out and would speak later in the evening.
