Birmingham City Council is seeking a High Court injunction aimed at stopping unauthorised flags, banners and signage being attached to highways.
The action follows Union Jack and St George’s Cross flags appearing on lampposts across parts of Birmingham.
But what happens if an injunction is granted and somebody ignores it? In this video, I look at what the council is actually asking the High Court to do, who could be affected and how serious breaching a court injunction can become.
