Project Blue Beam is the four-step government plan documented in the 1990s by Canadian journalist Serge Monast, who claimed insider sources at NASA and the United Nations. The plan: fake a global spiritual event so convincing the entire world begs for a single government and a single religion. Step one, engineered earthquakes and hoaxed archaeological discoveries to prove every religion wrong. Step two, a gigantic space show of holographic messiahs projected onto the sodium layer 60 miles up. Step three, ELF waves that beam a voice directly into your mind so you believe God is speaking to you. Step four, a staged alien invasion and a faked rapture.
