This week, I'm featuring a simple tahkli from Spindeleien. Ulrich has created some of the most innovative tahkli's I've ever seen and used! This set is one of my favorites!
I recently received some green cotton, and because it's rough seed (the cotton really sticks to the seed), I'm using my other diy pasta gin. It has a couple of different roller options that make ginning even faster and easier!
