In this video I take a look at the Cottage Magic Tarot, a charming and whimsical tarot deck created by illustrator Ann Shen and published by Clarkson Potter, an imprint of Penguin Random House.
Inspired by the cosy world of cottagecore, this 78-card tarot deck blends traditional tarot structure with imagery of cottages, gardens, animals, and everyday enchantment. The familiar Minor Arcana suits are given a domestic twist, becoming Teacups, Biscuits, Quills, and Candles, while the artwork presents tarot archetypes through soft storybook-style illustration.
