In this video, I am sharing one of my families favorite dishes. Cilantro and Lime Shrimp from Costco. This is the perfect dish for any occasion and can be served hot or cold. Great for hot summer meals.
Ingredients:
1Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Clove Garlic, Minced
1 LB Medium Sized Shrimp
2 Tbsp Fresh Lime Juice
1/4 cup Fresh Lime Juice
1/4 Tsp Salt
1/8 Tsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper
Instructions
1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Stir in the garlic, sauteing it for about 30 seconds. Add the shrimp, stirring to coat, and cook 2-3 minutes per side or until the shrimp's cooked through.
2. Transfer the cooked shrimp to a bowl. Add the remaining ingredients, tossing the shrimp to coat evenly.
3. Serve the shrimp immediately, or cover the bowl, refrigerate and serve chilled.
