In November 2024, we ran two cost of living informational webinars for professionals on support for families and support for older people.
Both webinars provide information on identifying when a resident may need support, how to signpost them to a trusted source of advice and to refer someone who may need more in-depth support from one of our specialist services in the county. Several services contributed to the webinars, including Citizens Advice, the Money Advice Unit, Age UK and other professionals in Hertfordshire offering support to residents facing an increased cost of living.
