Last week, two of our libraries hosted Lee Child in conversation at two sold out events. These events marked the end of our libraries’ centenary celebrations, capping off a year of events, festivals and reading that brought thousands together. Cllr Tim Williams spoke to us about the end of the centenary celebrations, and we also heard from Lee Child himself about the inspiration libraries played in his career as an author.
