I am a surgeon at the University of Cape Town, where I also teach data science, statistics, and deep learning. Apart from my contribution as a physician, I want to add to the educational resources on data analysis of the COVID-19 pandemic. Data analysis is an important tool in the management of any healthcare crisis.
