Part 5 of the Head strip & re-build.
There is some learning done in this one!
I did this wrong really, I should have only re-fitted the spindle and run it in to check the pre-load on the bearings was correct before fitting all the other stuff shown in this video - I got lucky and didn't need to re-strip to adjust.
