Corey Heim pulled off the upset in the inaugural NASCAR Cup Series race at San Diego/Naval Base Coronado. Heim passed teammate Tyler Reddick late and was able to run away with the victory. The race was blown wide open when Austin Hill missed turn one and wiped out Connor Zilisch and heavy favorite Shane van Gisbergen. SVG said “I’m filthy” which according to kiwis means he’s mad! Kevin Magnussen and Noah Gragson had a big beef so we’ll talk about that either late tonight or tomorrow TBD. The Monday After is for sure tomorrow.
