Join our coral experts, Emily, Brian, and Rachel, as they revisit coral outplants from the past two years! Despite facing the unprecedented heat stress in the Florida Keys, the resilience of these corals is nothing short of astonishing with higher-than-expected survival rates. Overall, 70% of the 700 outplants survived the record-breaking heat!

All coral restoration work is conducted under permit by the Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary and the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission. Corals shown in this video are offspring from the Florida Coral Rescue Project.
