A channel for anyone who loves to cook , likes fast meals, needs a food fix sometimes, or likes the occasional cookbook fancy!

8 tablespoons butter ½ cup
½ cup granulated white sugar
½ cup light brown sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 large egg room temp
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
4 tablespoons Cheesecake Instant Pudding Mixture (we do not recommend sugar free)
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ cups white chocolate chips
½ cup freeze dried raspberries plus more for tops of the cookies
