In this video, Paula Kainu will present you the current solutions, we at EOS offer for copper and copper alloys.
For any material that we develop our mission is always to not only offer a material but a complete solution. We are not optimizing parts as separate elements, but instead we put part properties in the center of our development. We work towards a working synergy of the three key elements we call the EOS quality triangle -consisting out of Material, Process and System.
Options:
1) Pure Copper: EOS Cupper Cu on the EOS M 290 as the first copper solution we developed with a material set of 20 µm. EOS Cupper CuCP on the AMCM M 290 1kW with a material set of 40 µm, which brings the highest possible conductivity.
2) Copper Chromium Alloy: EOS Copper Alloy CuCrZr on the EOS M 400, the single field system, and AMCM M 290 1kW with a material set of 80 µm.
